How is my price determined?
Your price is determined by a number of factors:
  • The products chosen for print
  • Number of colors needed for the print
  • Number of pieces printed (the more you print, the cheaper it gets per print)
  • Number of placements (ex: Front, back, sleeves, size label)
  • Special Requests (individual names/numbers)
How can I help to reduce the cost ofmy order?

As this might vary depending on the order, the most common options are increasing the number of products printed or reducing the number of colors for the print.

If you do have any questions, feel free to contact usathelp@skysportswear.com, and wecan help togo over cost saving options specific to your order.

Is there a minimum for me to order for custom work?

Because we are a wholesale company with wholesale pricing, our minimum for custom work is 24 pieces for screen printing, embroidery, and Direct To Garment printing.

The more you order, the cheaper it gets per piece.

Can I get a sample before?

We can have a sample at your door within 1 week of ordering.

Most customers are rest assured knowing that in addition to seeing a proof email, your order is reviewed 3 times throughout the process.

A sample printed with your custom design is automatically sent for orders over 150 pieces as a part of the approval process. For orders under this amount, the printed sample is also available for $75.00 non-refundable fee.

What will happen after I place my order?
Here is the step by step process:

Confirmation email sent to client > Order reviewed by professional artist > Order sent in for production > Order Reviewed, Packaged, and sent to Client > Email with tracking number sent to client > Client receives package.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days to be made. Products will be shipped out as soon as completed.

If you do need it sooner, make sure to click appropriate delivery option during check out.

Can we also pick up our order?

Most definitely. We will have your order ready for pick up at our location 147 W 31st St Los Angeles, CA 90007. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pick up.

What are some features I can add onto my designs?

You have the option to add customized printed labels to your products and designs to the sleeves.

What if I want a design on the sleeves/neck labels?

Just state them in the special instructions section, and we will be contacting you with the updated changes.

Can I bring/deliver my own items to get custom printed/embroidered

Yes, you can. You can ship/drop off to our address at 147 W. 31st St Los Angeles, CA 90007. Your order will start as soon as we receive the items.

Printing Method

SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing is one of the most popular printing techniques available. It’s a process which applies ink directly onto materials through a specially created silk mesh screen.

EMBROIDERY

Embroidery is the perfect technique for all types of garments from corporate clothing and workwear to hats. It’s a great way to ensure that your brand and logo is represented perfectly.

DIRECT TO GARMENT

Direct to garment printing enables full color images to be printed very quickly. This is a great option if you’re after promotional clothing with bright, vibrant colors or complex graphics.

Why should I create an account?

Creating an account enables you to manage your orders, your personal information and your credit and giftcards.

Can I order without an account?

Yes, you can. It comes down to your preference. However, there are pros of having an account, such as making it easier to follow-up on any completed orders as well as making future orders. You also will have access to special deals and promotions throughout the year for just being a member!

Why do I have to fill out my phone number?

We use your phone number if there are any questions regarding your order. Also, your number may be used by the delivery company to reach you.

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

It depends.
Regular Orders - All regular orders placed before 4pm PST will be handled and shipped the same day. If you contact us before 4pm, we will do our utmost to help you. As soon as it has shipped, there’s not much we can do. To contact us, send an email to service@skysportswear.com or call us at +1 213-746-9963. Custom Orders – All custom orders will be started within 5 hours of the order placed. If you contact us within those 5 hours, we will do our best to help make the changes requested. If contacted after the 5 hours, any changes will require a new order. Additional charges may apply.

Returns

We deliver high quality products that look just like what you created on the site. If custom order differs from what you created on Sky Sportswear, or goods are flawed, all orders will receive a full refund within 15 days of receiving your custom order.
